There are about 16 million abandoned homes across the US, yet homelessness is a big problem. There are empty homes, yet families are struggling to find a home for their children. Funds are being provided in order to give support to those in need, however why are there still so many homeless people and people struggling to find apartments. Housing crises is a problem, additionally the fire ravaging throughout Los Angeles, 30,000 homes have been displaced and a lot of families displaced and driven from their homes, some which have been passed down to them by their parents. It is disheartening seeing so much suffering and realizing we can make a big difference, dedicate our lives to this purpose of placing families and making dreams come true.

Our Story

Michelle Marie Matich, is an exceptional individual with her natural empathetic nature, who strongly believes her purpose in this world is to help communities be a better place for families and children, She has been so long dedicated to helping humanity by providing the means for them to be able to live a fulfilling life, pledged her support to be able to make a lot of things happen. Michelle was a partner in Global Unity Charity Foundation which helps different non profit organizations fund their goals and ideas. With over 60 million in funds raised helping a range of non profits from human trafficking, education, healthcare, housing, food, and so much more, Michelle is ready to bring her gifts of blessings once again. Melody Mandate has been in the real estate sector since 2006. She started off at a company that provides loans from families and individuals who are wanting to purchase their first homes. She then expanded to working for a company where her role was to make homes and units rent ready for tenants to move in. She has also dealt with section 8 and other housing programs in order to make sure the families needing to move into the companies properties are funded for their yearly stay. When tenants could not pay rent during Covid-19, she has assisted families and numerous homes request financial assistance for future rent, for delinquent rent and continued assistance. Aralina Rose, is the only 11 year old board member. Filled and brimming with ideas on how to help communities and families, she adds a valuable insights to a team of adults who may have lost some of the magical way of looking at things in the world. Armand Bagramyan our board member who is well organized, grounded, and efficient. With his background coming from a family of real estate builders, he brings such a managerial position to the field otherwise very hard to deal with. He has helped significantly with the fire debris clean up in Pacific Palisades and one of the first responders to get started on the lots in February. His presence on the board is to be able to manage construction smoothly and hire the right builders and vetting the right contractors to do such a big task of building and fixing homes for our purpose.
